Full interior tenant improvement of a shell office suite into a pediatric ABA therapy clinic: partial demo, partition framing, ceilings and lighting, LVT flooring, painted accent walls, electrical, fire alarm and sprinkler work, plus an interior climbing wall, dimensional signage, and themed wall graphics.

Interior buildout of a 2,000 sq ft leased retail space for IV Nutrition: demolition, light-gauge metal framing, insulation, drywall with curved ceiling features, paint, flooring, a full lighting package, and a drop ceiling. Ten weeks of construction at about $200,000.

Converted an underused 50,000-square-foot office building in Peachtree Corners, Georgia into warehouse flex space. We kept the structure and systems that still worked, opened up the rest, and installed roll-up doors so the building shows the way flex tenants expect.

Exterior repainting across a twelve-building office portfolio, phased building by building so occupied suites kept operating. The work refreshed curb appeal and improved the portfolio's rental potential.

Eight-week interior buildout of a 1,500-square-foot tanning salon in Gainesville, Georgia, including retail display walls, reception, waiting area, and 12 private tanning rooms. The work was scoped and sequenced around a fixed open date the operator could not move.

Full tenant buildout of a Pilates studio in Kennesaw, Georgia — open workout floor, custom millwork including a built fitness wall and sliding barn doors, high-end finishes, and dust-contained work. Delivered in an 8-week turnaround.

Interior retail buildout of a Verizon store in Atlanta's Glenwood Park neighborhood development, completed in a six-week turnaround and handed back to the operator so their team could stock, train, and open. Second store MAC has delivered for MobileGen.
